    I went here yesterday (23rd May) for a meal with my Mum for my birthday and John our server just simply went above and beyond with his great charisma and service. I could not fault a thing, and he really made us smile. What he didn't know was 5 weeks prior my mum had tragically lost her son, my brother. So this experience really did help us to enjoy that day so much more than we probably would have. I have emailed in also, as he deserves some recognition in my eyes. Thank you again. Also to add, the food was delicious!

    Thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal. Kayleigh tended to us tonight, and she went above and beyond to tend to our needs. Service was 100% Food 100% like always great experience, but couldn't fault Kayleigh.... always service with a smile and very friendly.

    Our ASK lunchtime experience on Saturday 16th May 2026 was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious. We were served by John at ASK in Liverpool. He was wonderful, very attentive, polite, professional and friendly. We will definitely visit ASK again, and we would definitely recommend it.

    Food was fantastic. John made the experience! Nothing was too much trouble, at the simple mention that I liked the sauce on my starter he rocked up with different pots of sauces for me to try with my main. Then Simon arrived on shift, this pair of lads were a dream team there wasn't an empty glass or plate in sight, before a drink was finished I'm pretty sure the next was getting poured for us. Attentative, intuitive and experienced staff performing at the next level of customer service. Thanks Guys

    Kayleigh made our entire dining experience absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was funny, entertaining, attentive and genuinely made us feel so welcome throughout the evening. Her personality and service completely elevated our night and turned a simple meal into a fantastic experience. We used to be regular Zizzi customers, but after tonight we are fully converted to ASK Italian — and that is entirely down to the lovely Kayleigh. She is a real credit to the restaurant and we will definitely be returning because of her! Promote that girl! She is a credit to the company!!!
